Do you sell vouchers?
Yes, we sell vouchers that are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that vouchers bought and ought to be redeemed for mobile visits, transport charges will apply during redemption.
Can I choose which therapist I want?
No, all our therapists are trained professionals who can do the treatments offered at the same level of competency. Appointments will be booked with the therapist(s) available.
How many therapists do you have?
We have a team of four therapists on standby. Please note that we need a 24-hour notice should you wish to book two or more therapists on a mobile visit basis.
Do you offer happy endings?
Honestly, we get this question a lot and the simple answer is “NO”. Our full-body massage does not include the breasts, bum, genitals, and groin areas.
Something unexpected has come up and I can’t make my booking. Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings canceled within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This amount will be communicated on a per-case basis. To avoid paying a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you play music during treatments?
Yes, we arrive with music downloaded and ready to play from our computer/tablet. However, you may choose to play your own music through your own stereo system. What products do you use?
We use all-natural products that won’t harm your skin. Our creams are fragrance- and preservative-free.
I have sensitive skin and allergies. How will you accommodate my sensitivities?
Before we begin, we’ll consult with you to find out about your medical history, ailments, physical disabilities, and medications. We will then adapt our treatments to suit your specific needs. Please be completely honest and upfront so that we don’t do anything that unknowingly puts your health and well-being at risk.
Can I pay for my treatment via Mpesa or EFT or cash only?
Sure, you may pay for your treatment via Mpesa or Electronic Fund Transfer from your banking site online. We also accept cash and card payments on request. Do you have a spa facility that I can visit?
Yes, our spa is located along Mbaria Kaniu Road, inside the Friends House, 1st Floor Room No. B37. We also do mobile visits to homes, hotels, guest houses, offices, and events such as birthdays, bridal events, etc.
